Happl began with a simple belief: benefits should make people feel like they belong at work, not excluded.
And it's personal. Our founder, Ben Towers MBE, started Happl after seeing people close to him struggle with their mental health and witnessed outdated systems let employees down. So he set out to build something better. Since then our work at Happl hasn't gone unrecognised and he is now an adviser on AI and tax as well as receiving an MBE for services to business and innovation.
The mission uncovered a deeper truth: benefits are one of the most powerful levers of inclusivity and appreciation at work. And with AI fully integrated into the process they can be easy to manage, access and personalise.
